You will us the same case as in Part One.

Having established in Part One an outline of the case, Part Two presents a summary of the case in some creative way for a novice audience that is not familiar with the case.

You should not submit this assignment as plain text, There must be some creative element. I don’t want to limit your creativity by giving you suggestions, but the following parts must be included in the presentation:

Facts

Summarize the facts of the case including the context.

Tell us how the case got to the point that it is now.

Opinions

Describe the majority opinion including concurrences. What was the vote, and who voted.

Describe the dissenting opinion(s) including concurrences if applicable.

You did some of this in Part One but describe the importance or relevance of the case. Is it precedent setting? Does it add to established case law? Why should we care?
