Once you watch the video, choose one of the following topics and describe in paper of 300 to 500 words or more how you would approach using at least three of the five steps in this video to apply to your topic.

Nursing home: Create a credible story of a couple that started a nursing home. Include a name, a backstory, and mission for your company you are creating. The couple started it over 20 years ago with the mission of keeping people who need daily personal care into a interactive community with other seniors as well as families that wanted to visit their relatives.

Clothing line: Create a credible story for an edgy clothing company with founders that focus on a higher cost garments which designer styles.

Home remodel company: Create a credible story for a family business with the founders who started this 25 years ago and expanded into the southern California region.

Scuba dive shop: Create a credible story for a scuba dive shop which specialties in helping people overcome fears of diving, runs dive boats in Orange County, and special dive trips to exotic locations.

Ethnic focused restaurant: Create a story with a restaurant with a specific food focus of your choice. Examples might be Thai, Mexican, Persian, American, etc..

The end product needs to include:

– three of the five components described in the video.

– tell the reason the founders had the vision to begin this venture.

– identify the specific market the business is focused on.

– tell what the founders enjoy about their business
