Data Reporting
The attached data report provides details on Career Academy students at fictional DC high schools. [Though the numbers are fictional, the data report is a close mimic of the actual report that district level staff use to monitor work across Academies.] Some schools have multiple Career Academies (ex: Engineering & Information Technology). The goals listed below were given to Career Academies this past school year to guide their work and to provide them with clear, measurable goals to hit.
Task: Using the Career Academy Scope & Sequence goals below and the data report, please answer the following questions. Please limit your response to half a page and also send back your data report with your performance task.
High Level Goal: 70% of Career Academy 11th grade students receive a Career Ready Internship placement by EOY.
Scope & Sequence Milestone: 90% of Career Academy 11th grade students complete the Career Ready Internship application by the end of December.
