2 = Ethics Program Proposal

Submit your completed ethics program proposal. The proposal should include:

A cover page with name of the program

A brief description of the program and the purpose of the program (description should includ need)

Needs the program will address

Program goals

Program learning objectives

Instruction plan to include lesson plans for each lesson and assessment procedures (e.g., tests, discussion, application, etc)

Transfer of training plan

Program evaluation plan

Program budget

3 = Self-Assessment Log, Part II

Each chapter contains two self-assessments that require self-reflection and personal analysis. For this assignment, select three self-assessments from Chapters 8 -12 (no two can come from the same chapter) and report the following for each. One assessment must be assessment 12.1 (Ethnocentrism Scale). In your analysis of assessment 12.1, you must develop strategies for addressing ethnocentrism, prejudice, and sterotypes.

• What – what was the score of the assessment
• So what – analysis and interpretation of the score (a minimum of two five-sentence paragraphs, cite the textbook in your analysis)
• Now what – outline actions/steps to take for positive ethical development based on the assessment results and analysis (a minimum of one five-sentence paragraph)

The end product of this assignment will be three entries, one for each self assessment. Each entry should include the what, so what, and now what.
