Final draft of research paper

Very good so far. Just a few comments. 
1. Research Questions: b, c, &d are very good research questions and what you need. Recommendations will come out of the answers to your research question. The 1st question will also be answered from the research questions. You should rephrase your research questions in the “how, when, what, why” format. So b is correctly stated, c would be What are the causes of staff turnover etc. Literature Review. This is good but can you elaborate more on each of the articles cited? Methodology: Just need some additional details.
