GA is around 8 weeks today
Pt states she is having severe morning sickness where she cannot keep any food or drink
down. She is constantly vomiting and has no appetite.
Pt also voices out fear that she may miscarry again as it happened 2 years ago and it
took her almost 1 year to get pregnant again
