Include each of the following points in your description:

the benefits to the leaders, staff, and patients of TPMC the opportunities offered by the affiliation for both organizations the predicted challenges that implementing the affiliation would pose to each organization

Note: Your executive summary should be submitted separately from the presentation created in part B.

B. Create a multimedia presentation (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote) (suggested length of 5–7 slides and 2–3 minutes) for the board of directors at TPMC that incorporates the key points from the executive summary from part A. Include presenter notes in your presentation.

1. Visibly present the multimedia presentation while demonstrating the following qualities:

professionalism confidence strong and clear communication and presentation skills

2. Provide a link to an audiovisual recording in Panopto of you visibly delivering the multimedia presentation created in part B.
