1. Define and explain each of the following:

c. partnering agreement

2. Conduct some Internet research and find a case that involves some sort of legal issue involving Internet transactions. Briefly state the fact of the case and explain the court’s decision. Provide at least a paragraph of your analysis–do you agree with the court’s decision–why or why not?

a. unilateral and bilateral mistake

b. fraudulent misrepresentation

c. undue influence

2. Conduct some Internet research and find a CONTRACT case that involves either mistake, fraudulent misrepresentation or undue influence . Briefly state the facts of the case and explain the court’s decision. Provide at least a paragraph of your own analysis–do you agree with the court’s decision–why or why not?
