Letter Assignment 1110 – VolunteersYou may complete this assignment alone or in groups of 2.
You teach kindergarten students at FunTimes School and you’re writing a letter to ask parents
to volunteer for the upcoming Halloween dance. Using the template on the last page, write a
persuasive letter using a maximum of 300 words. Your letter must contain 4 paragraphs, follow
the AIDA model, and use the indirect approach. Please make up details about the scenario, such
as: what you need help with, 2-3 benefits of helping out, the date/time of the event, etc. You
may attach one set of bullet points to one paragraph (to display important information). If you
look online for ideas, please include the website addresses in a references list (see last page).
