Expand my following statement:

The most severe challenge I have encountered is about three years ago. I had an argument with my parents because they disagree me choosing arts. I talked to my mom about my determination, and future plan. Also, I showed her my artwork. In the end, they finally agreed my decision.

I want to talk about how I determined in art, and how I persisted in my dream (highlight the value of my persistence).

I have been self-learnt sketching for five years.
