NMC 483: New Media 3DTopic Response: Applications of 3D Printing
Instructions
1. a) Watch all linked videos (or read articles) in all 3 categories on the following pages.
b) For each of the general topics* within each category write a response, emphasizing
key points for each along with your own perspectives.
*An example of 1 topic would be all videos about Laika studio 3D printing. You don’t have to
comment on every video within each topic since some contain overlapping information.

b) Describe the application of printing technology and include your own perspectives.

3D Historic Preservation assignment.
Document requirements
• Total document length: 3 ½ pages (in addition to title).
• 11 point type, 1 1/2” spacing, 1” margins
• Include your name, date and “NMC 483” at top right of page 1
• Use numbers and letters to organize your responses.
• Title your document “Applications of 3D Printing”
• Save as your last name_first name-NMC 483 3D Printing
• MS Word or .pdf
• Submit on Canvas
