2 nutrition brochures

Hi I need help making 2 separate brochures for a nursing nutrition course the instructions will be below. I have an example brochure done, I will attach the example one 3 times (the example is on hypertension) of the same thing so that you can use one as a reference and the other two as a template so that the formatting is easier for you because my professor wants it specifically In tat format. Please make sure to do it just the way it is done on the template with new photos that associate with the according issue. so one will be entirely on type 2 diabetes and another entirely on coronary artery disease. the format opens correctly on microsoft word. If you feel that a little more info is needed for each section than there is on the example feel free to add it.
