1. How do I place my order?

Placing an order at Writall is a very easy process. Start by filling the order form if you are a first time client. Indicate all order details and instructions. You can also upload any materials you want our writer to use in processing your order. Continue and create an account with us by giving your name, email address and creating a strong password. If you already have an account, log in to your account and continue to order. Ensure you indicate all the important instructions and then submit the order form.

2. How do I make payments?

Immediately you submit the order form, you will be sent an email requesting you to pay for your order. Follow the link on that email and it will guide you throughout the payment process. Our payment system is secure and payments are made online making the payment process faster and secure. You can make payment through PayPal or any major credit or debit card and you can pay from any location all over the world.

3. How will my order be delivered?

Once the processing of your order is complete, it is uploaded on your personal order page in PDF form and you are sent an email notification on the same. It is your responsibility to review the order and approve it so we can upload an MS word document copy of the completed order. This version of the order is editable, printable and downloadable. You can send the order back for revision if you are not fully satisfied after reviewing it.

4. What if am not satisfied with the order?

You have the right to request a free revision if you are not fully satisfied with the quality of the order delivered to you. Include the revision instructions when sending the revision request and set the revision deadline. You can request to have a different writer revise your paper free of charge but you will have to extend the revision deadline with up to 12 hours to give us enough time to find a qualified and experienced writer to revise your order.

5. How do I upload additional materials?

When filling the order form, there is a box for additional materials where you can drop all the files you want the writer to use in processing your order. If you fail to upload the materials with your order form, please log in to your account and upload them by pressing on the “files” button. Follow the steps and you will successfully upload the files.

6. Can I set the order deadline?

Yes. You have the right to indicate the time by which the writer should finish working on your order and have it delivered to your personal order page. In case of a change in order deadline when the order is on progress, contact us or the writer working on your order to have it adjusted where possible. 

7. What if I forgot my password?

If you forget your password and cannot log in to your account, do not be troubled. This is because you can reset your password at any time in a few steps. Click on the “forgot password” option below the log in button. You will be guided through the process but you must be in a position to satisfy our security check to reset the password. Contact our support team for assistance if you are unable to successfully reset your password. 

8. What if no writer is available to work on my order?

Although we have professional writers in almost all fields of study, in some very rare cases we might not have a writer to work on your order. This is because we must assign your order to a writer who will be in a position to deliver the best content. If the writer is not available, you will be refunded the amount you had paid for your order in full.

1. How much do your services cost?

We do not have a fixed pricing for very urgent, very large, or very complex orders. With these orders, our support team will review your order instructions and come up with a price quotation. For normal orders, the price depends on several factors including the number of pages, level of study, order deadline, and subject. This price calculated automatically by our system upon filling and submitting the order form. 

2. Do you provide unique content?

Yes. All our papers are written from scratch and thus the content of each easy is unique. To be sure about this claim, all our essays are passed through a plagiarism detecting software. This ensures that the content delivered to a client is 100% unique. 

3. Do you have a database for pre-written essays?

No. We do not have a database for pre-written essays as all our essays are written from scratch and as per the client’s specific instructions. If a client receives a 100% refund for a completed order because they do not want the paper, the paper will be published on our website for use as a sample essay and it can never be sold to another client. This is because we do not have a database to store such essays.

4. Will you resale my paper later on?

No. We do not resale papers delivered to clients. If a research topic is repeated, it will be assigned to a different writer to ensure 100% originality. We do not even allow the use of the previously written paper in writing the other paper. All orders are researched and written independently not unless a client requests otherwise. On completion, each order must pass through a plagiarism detecting software.

5. Are your services secure?

Yes. The use of our services is very secure as confidentiality is one of our top priorities. We will never share your personal information with unauthorized persons. All the data we hold about you is safe and our payment system is very secure.

6. Do I need to reference you in my work?

Whether to reference us in your work or not is a personal decision. You are responsible for any action you make regarding the essay you receive from us. If you are a student, please check your university’s definition of plagiarism and the use of source materials. This will ensure your actions are permitted by your institution. 

7. How can I use the essay I receive from you?

All the custom papers written by our professional writers are for use as model papers to guide you in researching and writing your own paper. None of our papers should be passed to your teacher as you own work. This is because we do not knowingly get involved in plagiarism and other acts of academic cheating. 8. What if my paper is not delivered on time?

This can happen in very rare cases. To ensure this does not happen, please double check your order form before submission to ensure you have given all the important instructions. You can request samples of a different writer to determine whether the writer can handle your order. You have 2 hours to review the samples and request for the new writer to be assigned your order. Failure to communicate within the two hours will be viewed as your acceptance of the writer previously assigned your order. You only have three chances to change writers for every order.
