Hard skills always refer to person’s ability to finish/perform a task, job, project, or
activity. Hard skilling address that a person needs to know how and what to
achieve his goal. For example, learn how to type, how to do math and how to sing.
If you want to be a singer, you have to know how to sing. If you want to do some
work which related to computer science, you need to know how to run code.

Hard skills are defined rules. Technical skills are the tangible and practical skills
that you can gain. With the right time and effort, they can be mastered through
various channels. There are many ways to gain Hard skills, for example, taking

control your emotions and keep your best focus and being flexible. Your attitude
determines what level you are going to live your life at. Planning and organizing
training is also important for employees.
What are the expected outcomes of the training with regard to this skill?
Soft skills are very important for human. A leader’s intelligence has to have a
strong emotional component. He has to have high levels of self-awareness,
maturity and self-control. She must be able to withstand heat, handle setbacks and,
when those lucky moments arise, enjoy success with equal parts joy and humility.
No doubt emotional intelligence is more rare than book smarts, but my experience
says it is actually more important in the making of a leader.
