Developing a strategic communication plan requires one to establish the role played by
communication skills in regards to organizational communication. A strategic communication
plan will enhance my professional skills, which will create an opportunity to interact with clients
in a professional environment (Morreale, et al., 2000). Organization communication plays a vital
role in facilitating processes within the company. A well develops communication strategy will
help me to convey messages to a different audience targeted by the organization. Professional
communication requires ample understanding of communication processes such as inter-office
communication, client communication, and reporting. The decline in quality of communication
levels has a direct impact on the return of the company. Since proper channels within the
organizations are vital to its operation, the influencing of communication through maximized
opportunities and rectification of existing problems, success is cultivated. Open-mindedness is a
necessity for efficient communication channels. It crucial for me to undertake more training that
with further improve my communication skills as I strive to adapt in the professional world of
communication.
