Background
My research question is What weaknesses exist in Amazon’s crisis response management in cases of natural disaster, and how can they be strengthened?
The topic: six people working at one of Amazon`s warehouses died from a tornado in 2021. The employees were alleged to be forced to work regardless of the tornado warning. The delayed response to the incident was one of the main challenges in the context.Viewing from a communications standpoint. Please research a case dealing closely to this event or poor communication management and include a table or graph and numerical data. Please review the template and complete each of the sections. This is a communications course so please use communications theories and cases

Abstract
[The abstract should be one paragraph of between 150 and 250 words. It is not indented.
Section titles, such as the word Abstract above, are not considered headings so they don’t use
bold heading format. Instead, use the Section Title style. This style automatically starts your
section on a new page, so you don’t have to add page breaks. Note that all of the styles for this
template are available on the Home tab of the ribbon, in the Styles gallery.]

Introduction to the Case
[Use this section to state the relevant facts of the case, in a narrative format. Tell the story
of the case and cite sources for the facts you use. Primary sources – such as eyewitness accounts
or official documents for the case are preferred. If you don’t have access to those, then use
internationally recognized news sources such as the BBC, New York Time, Wall Street Journal,
or similar.]
[Heading 2]
[You may find it helpful to organize your case facts in chronological order or by thematic
order. Either way, use sub-headers such as the one above to identify how the material is
organized.]
Literature Review
[Use this section to discuss theories from your coursework that are relevant to the case.
These theories will be used to analyze the case for the analysis section of the paper that you write
later.]
[Theme 1]
[To organize your literature review, group your sources by theme. For example, group
sources according to the major theory or case issue that they address. In order to demonstrate
synthesis in a literature review, you need to include multiple sources per theme or subtheme.]
[Subtheme 1.1].
[You may have so many sources for a theme or issue that they also can be grouped
according to subthemes. If that is the case, use a level 3 header to identify the subtheme, and

follow that with a discussion of the subtheme here. You probably won’t need to use anything
more detailed than a level 3 header for a subtheme.]
Methods
[Use this section to describe how you will analyze the case. Since this is your final copy,
use past tense verbs, because you are explaining what you did previously in order to get the
results that you share in the rest of the paper. Describe your methods in a step-by-step, sequential
manner.]
[Step 1]
[To organize your methods, describe one step at a time. For this class, that will probably
be an application of a particular theory and its component parts.]
Analysis
[Use this section to document your analysis of the case. Apply the theories discussed in
your literature review, following the steps you outlined in your methods section. Organize your
analysis according to the plan described in the methods section. Be sure to also analyze “rival
explanations” and explain why you came to the conclusions about the case that you did.]
Recommendations
[In this final section of your paper, make specific and actionable recommendations that
your readers can apply in their contexts. What are the “takeaways” that will benefit readers the
most? Make sure you clarify those points here. As much as possible, make sure that your
recommendations clearly and logically follow from your analysis.]

Note: [Place all tables for your paper in a tables section, following references (and, if applicable,
footnotes). Start a new page for each table, include a table number and table title for each, as
shown on this page. All explanatory text appears in a table note that follows the table, such as
this one. Use the Table/Figure style, available on the Home tab, in the Styles gallery, to get the
spacing between table and note. Tables in APA format can use single or 1.5 line spacing.
Include a heading for every row and column, even if the content seems obvious. A default table
style has been setup for this template that fits APA guidelines. To insert a table, on the Insert tab,
click Table.]
