Journal:
1. To generate self-awareness of your strengths, attributes, and abilities
2. To identify your career preferences and choices, leading ultimately to career decisions and

3. To prepare you for reflective writing in your future profession in performance appraisals,
promotion, and career changes.
What you will do
You will reflect on all your Professional Development Reflective Journals and produce one
Final Professional Development Reflective Journal discussing your strengths, attributes and
abilities and how these match your career choice. Throughout your report you will cite the
readings that you used each week and make additional citations from the reading list.
This will be done by:

Explaining how you have incorporated the research to inform and assist your
journaling.
