Choose a medical malpractice of your choice and discuss

WRITTEN HOSPITAL MEDICAL MALPRACTICE
You can choose whatever medical malpractice event you wish. You will write a “Legal Brief”
style paper to be used as a solo or team “attorney(s)” in a Mock Hearing before a State, Federal
Medical Review Board, [3-member panel of your classmates] defending your client, the
Hospital, and its medical staff, after an alleged medical malpractice suit has been brought. You
the attorney(s) will present your “case’ in a “live-virtual” environment, of about 12-15 minutes,
via Zoom. More will be discussed later. The word document should be at least seven content
pages and the slide should be at least fifteen content slides.
