• Slides should be 28-32 font size, 3-5 bullet points, 5-7 words per bullet
• Speaker Notes (REQUIRED) should be single-spaced, indented paragraphs, size 12 font, with in-text citations

• Use balanced scorecard concepts to analyze key performance indicators and measures associated with each recommendation.
