Creating My business plan on this product.  Do not use the company’s plan that they already have. We are creating a ole new plan of our own.

• Analyze the specific marketplace situation in detail, including organizational strengths, weaknesses, environmental opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis).
• Develop an organizational mission statement, and forecast performance goals using your situational analysis.
• Design a marketing strategy based upon your objectives.
• Create an appropriate integrated marketing mix, which will include your ability to effectively appeal to the specific market segments you will be targeting.
• Develop a written summary and specific recommendations for the implementation of your plan.

Hi Class,

I have tried long and hard to think about what product or service to write my Marketing plan on as usually my brains is blank. I have always wanted to own my own business but I have been researching for quit some time now on what that product will be. As of yet I do not know because I want it to be a hit (still researching). What came to mind is I have 2 little ones my daughter 7 years old and my son 3 years old. Since I operate as a single mom currently I work so much and focus on them I have no personal time. My daughter on the other bring things to my attention.

She has recently moved on to her next toy obsession “lol Surprise dolls”. I had no clue what this was until I stop to ask another mom what she kept asking me to get her. I will come up with my own marketing plan of course. I am not too informed on this product so I do not know much on how it is distributed and so fort. Currently my daughter had me going around town searching for one of the series (lol Surprise doll big sister)with no luck to us. I was saying to myself who ever is making this product is loosing out big time on sales. Since every store listed has selling the product is sold out Walmart, Best buy, Toy r us all gone even online. Target Market for this would be little big kids (7 yr olds), tweens & pre teens. The dolls now only come in series (little/ big dolls & animals. I would expend the series to more (not sure what yet?) any ideas I would love your opinion on this. Difficulty I am having would be what distribution plan will be best to go with. Also toys go out of popularity real quick so having longevity would be another difficulty. Sustaining the brand.
