Apply Unit Content and Narrate an Illustration of the Advice Process

The purpose of this activity is to demonstrate your knowledge of the advice process in self-managing organizations. Your task is to write a short narrative (story) surrounding the advice process. Your scenario can be based on real events, hypothetical, or fictitious. What was the decision/issue that had to be solved/addressed? What were the processes that led to the decision? Who were the other people involved? What was the decision and who carried out the decision? Provide a reasonable amount of detail and illustrate this course concept for your peers.
