Construct a Timeline (Story) of Change Types for an Organization
In this unit, you discussed three different theories of social change as identified by Reeler (2007). The purpose of this activity it to borrow from what you have learned and to construct a hypothetical timeline of change that describes the ongoings of a particular organization. You are encouraged to simply write about the same organization that you chose for your Case Study assessment. Write a short narrative about your organization. This narrative can span any length of time, but it must include periods of emergent, transformational, and projectable change. Do these periods overlap or are there sharp distinctions between them? Does double-loop or triple-loop learning occur at any point in your narrative? Explain. In terms of the details of the narrative itself, you are free to write from your imagination and/or from experience.
