please respond to the following discussion post as a peer making a comment “The level in which my project has achieved the goals set forth and provide the desired end results of accurately triaging patients where they are supposed to be to keep the patients flowing and having housekeeping allocated to every inpatient unit will be considered a measurement of the project’s success. Patients classified as low complexity at triage are more vulnerable to emergency department overcrowding. The implementation of advanced triage would make it possible to respond to patient needs by offering equitable and quality healthcare, facilitating accessibility, safety and humanization of the emergency department (Font-Cabrera et al., 2023). It is a respective concept simply because the definition of success can change from one aspect to another. This is often justified by a combination of intangible and concrete evidence. Projects that are successfully completed are normally meticulous during preparations, execution, and the evaluation of the outcomes. By having well-defined goals and objectives, efficient plan, and a method of measurement for progress and outcomes are all crucial components for a project to be successful. Creating clear goals of a project is the first step that must be taken to evaluate the level of success. It is theoretically possible that at least one goal can be accomplished within the allotted time frame and budget, as well as the requirements needed to properly care for patients and produce the intended end results of decrease wait times and left without being seen while increasing profit margins.

The success of any project is dependent on a number of variables, some of which include formulation of clear objectives, execution of planning, and monitoring/evaluation the progress and outcomes. Since our project team has a thorough understanding of the project’s scope, time frame, tasks, and responsibilities, we know as a team that the project will be successful. As a team, we will continue to monitor and evaluate over the coming weeks on the performance of the project. We will also evaluate patient satisfaction through our patient experience survey, monitor profit and loss margins, and the overall efficiency of the project’s implementation. Then, 8-12 months later, we will reevaluate the project’s ROI once more to see where the project’s success stands.
