Health communication

Your job is to construct a sample needs assessment. Your assessment plan should include the following items:

Description of a health issue that a community is facing (with peer-reviewed, agency/org, and popular press articles to support description)

The population/people whose needs you’re going to assess (with article citations to justify your focus)

Your strategy for assessing needs (i.e., what are you going to do?)

The tools/methods that you’re going to use

If it’s a survey, include the questionnaire

If it’s a focus group, include the list of interview questions

An explanation for why your approach is appropriate

A good piece of advice is to consult
