How is doing business in Germany different from doing business in the US?

I’m working on a business writing question and need a sample draft to help me learn.

For the group essay, students will work in the same group of 4 and will submit a 3000 words essay (excluding references). A significant part of the analysis section should include observations/information obtained during fieldwork.
