Consider a situation to apply GROW peer coaching model that Both of us ( me and my classmate ) will play the two roles: the coach and the coachee.-The Coachee selects a personal challenge they are facing right now, the Coach applies the GROW model for the the coaching process (see the sample questions)- .Each of us will play the two roles: the coach and the coachee- Conduct a retrospective on the coaching process itself:a. What worked best? (continue)b. What could be improved or was missing? (stop or start)c. Lessons for the next time- Submit a brief learning activity report that will include at least the two recordingsheets used, and a summary  with the key lessons learned
