Some information about me from old assignments that may help:

1. Tell me about yourself.

I always liked the hard work team work, and budgeting for my needs or vacation trips. Since I was 10 years old, I worked at the cafeteria doing money reports. I was writing down how much we sell and how much food the school consume. Since then I’ve been the one in charge of the money box at the school cafeteria or at home by budgeting the family trips. Forecasting, reporting and budgeting are my work strengths. Therefore, that lead me to finance major as my path in future career. Now I’m in my last year in UT as a Financial major with supply chain minor. Working at Alliance Data will give me the chance to expire the real finance world.

2. Describe a time when you had to handle multiple, competing priorities. What did you do? Provide specifics.

As I mentioned that when I was 10 years old, I was working at the school cafeteria. So I was sometimes late to classes because of the work I had to do after the lunch break. Being late to classes effects my ability to learn subjects and developing my skills. I was between two choices continue working at the cafeteria or focusing on my classed and have my grade staples. I chose my class and grade because its more important to me to become the smartest student in the class. Working at the cafeteria was a wonderful experience had taught me reporting, analyzing and budgeting. Working at Alliance Data would give me what I’m looking for. Which is working in my filed to analyze and report.

3. What are some qualities that an individual possesses that makes it difficult to work with them?

Being proud and conservative are some qualities that can make it hard to work with other people. Having experienced this kind of people at college life, I discovered a way of making sure all these kinds of people are accommodated in the college and groups I was leading. I was able to accommodate them since after knowing their weakness as the leader I established a positive relationship to help in working out the differences within the group members or schoolmates. Having discovered and understood how to handle each and every person in my college life, that is an achievement, and I believe because the methodology of handling these students was successful, I will apply the same spirit and experience as an intern at Alliance Data thus establishing good working relationship with other employees.

4. What is your greatest weakness? What have you done so far to try to improve in this area.

My greatest weakness was not being able to work under pressure. I was giving up doing what I should do when I get nervous and under pressure. I read about time management skills and how to manage my time and do everything on time. I also try some tips of breathing and relaxing exercises to avoid stress. Now I’m more helpful when I’m under pressure more than regular times.

5. What would you consider to be your one greatest strength?

Analyzing and reporting is my greatest strength. I developed These strengths over time by analyzing and reporting my family need and expenses. I’m also the one in charge of budgeting my family vacations.

6. Tell me about a time when you had to solve a problem with very little guidance or direction.

When I was at the Multicultural Organization (MCO) I faced a challenged how to budget the Saudi both food. We had 50 guest more than what we thought at the same time it was free admission for school student. With this situation we will run out of food before the guests even reach the Saudi both. I decided to not allow the student to enter the both but they are welcomed to the other activities.
