    I am writing because while researching a new product we are designing, I encountered an article
    emphasizing the need to employ virtual reality in training new engineers. According to the

    proposition aligns with our practice of having a training program for new engineers which will
    also reduce our hiring budget. It is also worth considering that in our last budget meeting, you
    proposed a similar plan of action yet to be implemented. The additional training will be effective

    in preparing our engineers to appreciate and dive into the industry 4.0 reconfigurable
    manufacturing systems.
    I propose that we attempt the strategy with a small group of new engineers to gauge the
    effectiveness of the proposed teaching design. It would also be essential to consider having a
    similar retraining program for senior engineers to ensure that the whole lot is on board.
