Programming Question

Now that the project charter has been created, you will begin working on components of the project plan that will serve as input into the final project plan that you will prepare for the Signature Assignment.  For this assignment, you will breakdown the work for the project using a work breakdown structure (WBS) and prepare a Gantt chart containing the project cost estimates and schedule that will meet the project budget and timeline. Include major milestones, tasks, duration, cost, and timeline.  Assume a fixed timeline of 12 months, an hourly rate of $100 per resource, a $500,000 budget, and 20% of the budget for contingency reserves.
